I know it's been promised for a long time, but it's finally here
Adam's Sports Page
Adam is now 11 years old, and has recently finished his seventh year of soccer. After playing in the age group above his own for the last five years, Adam decided to play in his own age group this year and is proving himself an absolutely dominant midfielder. He currently plays for the U-12 Gold Elite FC here in Maple Ridge. The team has only lost one league game so far this year when they ran into a hot goalkeeper, and is undefeated in Conference Cup play so far.

Adam, 2006

Adam recently finished his seventh season of lacrosse. He has proven to be quite the hustler, playing strong at both offense and defense. A regular on both the short man and power play, Adam can do it all.

And now for Adam's other love
Cross Country Running

Adam has been running with the Cross Country team at his school since grade one. In that time he has managed one fifth place, two sixth place, a third place and most recently a second place finish in the district cross country race against approximately 120 other boys in his age group. Adam actually led for most of the race, but was passed fifty feet from the finish line, when he slipped in some mud going around a corner on the last hill.

Adam (in blue) fighting for the lead. He held this challenger off, but was eventually passed by the two boys in fifth and sixth place, just coming up to the tree.
